[FilterScript] Vehicle LOCK/UNLOCK — Commands

Hello community, this is my first script. These are two commands, one to close the door of your vehicle from inside while being a driver and another to open it from the outside.
This script is very simple but useful. The code to check if the player is near the vehicle was taken from an external script.
