Some time ago there was some systems using translation text to speech, but they changed it and it was broken.
Im using this one on my server i fixed, now im sharing with you.
Note: Only works with rcon since i saw that people could advertise their own server with it.
Funtion: You write normaly on chat and that text will be translated and send again to the server as voice. Everybody in a range of 100 meters can hear.
Languages: English, Portuguese-Brazilian
Commands: /Language
Reqs: Nothing Special.
